MEASUREMENTS
New Zealand standard measuring cups and spoons have been used in these recipes. Where possible the most convenient measure for an ingredient has been used and all measurements are level unless the recipe states otherwise.
American measuring spoons and cups are so close to NZ ones that the recipe wont be significantly altered by using them.
